I love the impact our profession has on the safety and resilience of our communities and knowing that the structures we touch impact so many. I also love learning, brainstorming, talking through solutions, and getting into the nitty gritty of problems. Coming up with collaborative and innovative answers to multidisciplinary questions as a team keeps me interested and excited about our work.
